We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created this Return and Refund Policy to make the process as smooth as possible for you. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your order! However, since our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions. You may request a return or refund if:

  • Non-Delivery: Your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout (typically 15–60 days, depending on your location and shipping method).
  • Incorrect Item: You receive an item that’s different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or product).
  • Defective or Damaged Item: The item arrives broken, damaged, or defective.
  • Quality Issues: The item doesn’t meet reasonable quality standards (e.g., used or significantly flawed), with evidence provided.

Note: Due to the nature of dropshipping, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind requests unless explicitly agreed upon by our team. Please contact us if you’re unsure.

2. Timeframe to Request a Refund

  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund request. This aligns with our suppliers’ policies and ensures timely processing.
  • For non-delivery, please reach out within 60 days from your purchase date if the item hasn’t arrived.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Follow these simple steps to start the process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at femsx.store@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the problem (if applicable, e.g., for damaged or incorrect items).
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions. For valid claims, we may ask you to return the item to a designated address or resolve the issue without a return (see Section 4).
  3. Resolution: Once approved, we’ll process your refund or arrange a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.

4. Return Shipping

  • Our Responsibility: If the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a supplier fault (e.g., defective product), we’ll work with you to cover return shipping costs where possible. However, since our suppliers are based in China, returns may not always be practical. In such cases, we’ll offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back, provided you send us evidence (e.g., photos).
  • Your Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns (if accepted), you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. We’ll provide the return address upon approval.

Important: Do not ship anything back without our instructions, as unsolicited returns may not be processed.

5. Refund Process

  • Full Refunds: Issued if your order qualifies under Section 1 and we’ve confirmed the issue (e.g., non-delivery, defective item). Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Partial Refunds: Offered in cases where a minor issue (e.g., slight damage) can be resolved without a full return, subject to mutual agreement.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or supplier restrictions, including:

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel (unless unopened and in original packaging).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

7. Shipping and Delivery Considerations

Shipping times can vary (typically 15–60 days). Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or global shipping conditions. We’ll keep you updated via email and provide tracking where available. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us to investigate or request a refund.

8. Disputes and Buyer Protection

Our suppliers participate in AliExpress’s Buyer Protection program, which guarantees refunds for non-delivered or significantly misrepresented items. If we can’t resolve your issue directly, we may escalate it to our suppliers for further assistance. Rest assured, your satisfaction is our priority!
